Job summary

Serac seeks an On‑Site Manager to coordinate installation projects and service activities at customer facilities. You must ensure safe, efficient, and compliant completion while meeting quality, customer, and financial objectives.

This role supervises on-site technicians and, depending on the project, 3rd party OEMs and contractors. The On‑Site Manager will work hand in hand with the Serac project manager or other team members, leading installation and commissioning of machines and retrofits,

Qualifications

Associate degree in engineering.
7 years packaging machine installation experience.
5 years leading on-site teams.
Extensive travel (80%+) to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and commissioning of new filling-capping machines, occasionally including complete lines.
Lead rebuilding or retrofit works on existing equipment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and GMP standards.
Maintain a strong culture of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Monitor milestones in the planning and document them.
Prepare and present professional daily reports including site activities and hours.
Communicate with Serac project manager and assignee.
