• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and apply OSHA safety requirements.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Experience with scheduling programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure quality and profitability.
• Attend meetings and distribute minutes to participants.
• Prepare project schedules and milestones to avoid delays.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and information for compliance.
• Publish weekly progress reports for assigned projects.
