The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in civil engineering or construction management (or equivalent), with strong communication, scheduling, and safety knowledge. Travel within Hawaii is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills; clear and effective in writing and speaking.
• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure quality, owner satisfaction, and profitability.
• Prepare project schedule with milestones to avoid delays.
• Publish weekly progress reports for assigned projects.
• Assist in bidding and developing scope for trade contractors.
