Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of engineering experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Experience leading projects with scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Experience in NPI and product development projects.
- Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple customer and internal engineering projects from kickoff through final implementation.
- Drive NPI and product development initiatives through stage-gate processes.
- Monitor scope, schedule, costs, and risks for successful execution.
- Perform CAD design and create drawings using SolidWorks.
- Support manufacturing by resolving design, quality, and production issues.
