Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects with defined scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Experience with NPI and product development projects.
• Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, quality and supply chain.
• Knowledge of vacuum/pump systems, skid design, piping, and fabrication is preferred.
• SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and BOM management.
• Strong fundamentals in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects from kickoff to final implementation.
• Drive NPI and product development through stage-gate processes.
• Monitor scope, schedule, costs, and risks to ensure success.
• Perform CAD design and create component/assembly drawings in SolidWorks.
• Support manufacturing by resolving design, quality, and production issues.
• Assist Purchasing with sourcing and shortage resolution.
• Participate in FAT and customer witness testing.
• Analyze test data and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a collaborative team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
