Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC in King Cove, Alaska is seeking a Project Engineer II to provide on-site technical, administrative, and project controls support for assigned construction projects.

You will assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent, review drawings and specs, coordinate with subcontractors, manage cost reports, and help ensure schedules, budgets, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or construction management.
• AK-CESCL credential improves candidacy.
• TWIC credential required (Credentialed Transportation Worker Identification Card).
• USACE Quality Control Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports PM and Site Superintendent with day-to-day construction operations and coordination.
• Reviews drawings, specs, and contract requirements to support field execution.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors on scopes, schedules, and deliveries.
• Maintains daily job-cost reporting and project cost forecasts.
• Assists with project safety meetings and compliance.
