Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants on-site in Fairfield County, CT. You will be the on-site expert for submittals, RFIs, materials, and safety documentation, reporting progress to project stakeholders.

Through the Project Engineer Academy, new PEs gain industry knowledge and networking opportunities while developing essential project management skills within Consigli.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with cost/schedule software such as Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Document Control - Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• RFIs: Prepare and submit requests for information and distribute responses.
• Submittals: Create and manage the submittal log and obtain required submissions.
• Safety Documentation: Upload safety docs and conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Field Reporting: Track field activities and report to related parties.
• Material Delivery: Maintain a delivery log and verify onsite arrivals.
• Project Meetings: Generate and update meeting agendas and distribute minutes.
