Brice Construction and Design LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Project Engineer to plan and coordinate construction activities on design-build projects. You will ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and permits, and enter information into Excel, HCSS, and other systems on design-build projects.

This position requires extended travel and close collaboration with field and office teams to support project delivery and safety compliance.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ability to learn costing and accounting procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret plans and contract terms including job cost coding.
• Coordinate field activities with contract plans, specs, and company policies.
• Maintain daily project reporting including cost analysis, timekeeping, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate between office management and field management to ensure project objectives.
• Travel to project locations up to 70–90% of the time.
• Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project operations.
