Job summary

Nexus Data Centers is hiring Project Engineers to support the construction of our multi-gigawatt hyperscale AI data center campus in Hill County, TX. The role centers on documentation, coordination, and field execution on a large, fast-moving site.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings between design teams, subcontractors, and field staff, while tracking change orders and schedule impacts. On-site work in Hubbard, TX requires a proactive, safety-conscious engineer.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management.
• 4+ years in heavy industrial, power generation, or large-scale construction; data center experience a plus.
• Procore, Primavera P6 or MS Project, and Bluebeam proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings between design teams, subcontractors, and field staff.
• Track change orders, cost coding, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate with Superintendents on daily field progress and material logistics.
