Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a Site Project Document Manager to lead and direct the full scope of the project document/records management program on site across multiple locations in Ohio and Indiana.

Under the direction of the Project Director, you will manage the ECMS (Aconex), develop project-level processes, train staff, and ensure timely, accurate documentation while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and field personnel. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years relevant experience, or 9-12 years overall.
• At least 5 years of recent experience managing and training a document management team using Aconex.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ECMS/Aconex document management for multiple locations.
• Develop project-level document management processes and training.
• Plan scope, priorities, and train personnel on duties.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Support QA audits and client reviews.
