Job summary

Alturas Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage timelines, deliverables, and communications from planning through closeout. You will liaison among sponsors, internal teams, and study sites to ensure quality service and timely data delivery.

The role requires strong organization and ability to multitask under minimal supervision. Starting Pay: $58,000 per year, DOE. This is an on-site role in Moscow, Idaho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical development industry and CROs is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, MS Project, and related software.
• Working knowledge of customer relations management software.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and determine project requirements such as resources and samples.
• Maintain a project management database; update timelines for all deliverables.
• Set project priorities and overview current workloads with the Study Director/PI.
• Identify project success factors for analysis, reporting and tracking metrics.
• Ensure tasks meet client expectations per contract and SOPs; inform Study Director/PI of timelines.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate updates to completion.
