Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely completion of contract writing, ERP tasks, invoicing, and project plans. You will act as the primary liaison with clients and staff, and may assist with drug development programs.

This hybrid role requires up to 70% on-site work, with standard 1st shift hours. Travel to manufacturing locations and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH guidelines.
• Experience with ERP, QMS, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and tracks the project development plan and schedule.
• Identifies critical path activities, risks, contingencies.
• Communicates scope changes and manages change orders.
• Leads client and project team meetings; manages budgets.
• Supports business development and regulatory preparation.
