The role is on-site in Moses, Idaho, with starting pay of $58,000 per year, DOE. Join a team focused on high-quality bioanalytical services for pharma and biotech clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field is required.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical development industry and CROs is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite, MS Project, and various other software relating to job.
• Working knowledge of customer relations management software applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attends client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements.
• Maintains a project management database and ensures deliverables stay on schedule.
• Assists in setting priority of projects by providing workload overviews.
• Identifies project success factors for analysis, reporting and tracking metrics.
• Ensures all tasks meet client expectations and contract requirements.
• Acts as a liaison between clients and internal team for ongoing updates.
