Job summary

Pacific Lift is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day details that keep equipment installation projects organized and moving forward in Pasadena. You will support project managers by maintaining schedules, coordinating crews and equipment orders, tracking documentation, and keeping customers informed from handoff through closeout.

The role is on-site in Pasadena, full-time, with pay between $25 and $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple active projects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Able to read plans and submittals with training.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules and milestones under the Project Manager.
• Coordinate crews, equipment orders, and customer updates.
• Track submittals, delivery dates, and closeout materials.
• Prepare meeting agendas and status reports with owners and due dates.
• Monitor schedule changes and communicate issues proactively.
• Assist with project handoff through closeout.
