Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks an entry-level Project Specialist to support project teams from start to finish on-site. The role is designed for organized, detail-oriented individuals building a career in project management within construction/telecom.

This on-site position includes training, documentation review, status reporting, and collaboration with team members across departments. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read and understand project instructions, work orders, and reports.
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing, PDFs). Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized, manage tasks, and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up new projects and keeping project files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, including permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn how to track project activity and support accurate reporting and billing.
• Provide assistance to other project team members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.
