Telcom Construction, LLC in Oak Creek is seeking an entry-level Project Specialist to support project teams on-site in a fast-moving construction/telecom environment.

You will assist with project setup, documentation, permits, scheduling, and progress tracking while learning reporting and billing processes. The position offers 100% on-site work, travel as needed, and a benefits package with generous PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and understanding project instructions.
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up new projects and keep files organized and up to date.
• Support project documentation, permits, scheduling updates, and progress tracking.
• Help review and prepare project paperwork for final closeouts.
• Learn to track project activity and support reporting and billing.
• Provide assistance to other project team members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support company policies, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.
