New River Electrical Corporation is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator in Granville, OH. The role supports the Operations function, tracking labor, equipment, and project costs throughout the lifecycle, coordinating with field teams and management to ensure on-time delivery of critical tasks.

The successful candidate will manage bid processes, submittals, and billing data, while maintaining accurate project records and supporting change orders and closeout activities.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Mansioni

• Prioritize conflicting needs and meet deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Maintain filing systems and records (physical & electronic).
• Assist project management with bids, change orders, and invoicing.
• Track project costs, labor, equipment, and other costs.
• Coordinate with field teams and management to collect project information.
• Support preparation of safety plans and monthly accrual reporting.
• Assist with lien notices/waivers and billing data validation.
