• Proficient with Dynamics or ERP software.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with AIA G702/G703 billing.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the financial administration of active projects.
• Review costs, track finances, forecast, and report.
• Resolve unbilled costs and billing discrepancies.
• Assist with closeout activities and final billing.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, and receivables.
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate project bookings and administrative setup.
