Kimley-Horn is seeking a Project Accountant for our Plantation, Florida office. This role requires monthly financial analysis, revenue recognition, and close collaboration with Project Managers across disciplines.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monthly billing, contract management, and coordinating receivables. On-site role with travel to other offices in the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial analysis and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Project Managers across disciplines.
• Meet multiple monthly deadlines.
• Ensure billing transactions are recorded in MIS system.
