Job summary

Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) in New Brunswick, NJ, seeks a senior operations leader to manage division-wide activities, supervise administrative staff, and drive program evaluation and process improvement. The role requires strategic financial oversight and collaboration with university and hospital partners.

You will oversee budgets, staffing, and revenue streams, with final approval by senior leadership, and operate fully on-site at one of New Jersey's leading academic health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required plus four years of progressively responsible experience in the management of operational, fiscal activities and/or financial analysis.
• Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.
• Proficiency with MSOffice 365 suite of products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall operations of the assigned divisions and supervises administrative staff.
• Leads divisional physician engagement initiatives.
• Evaluates programs and conducts facility requirements, staffing, and budget assessments; implements Process Improvement systems.
• Manages division financial office, analyzes revenue and expenses, and collaborates with RWJBH/RWJMS finance offices.
• Develops administrative plans for resource utilization and ensures financial systems are maintained.
