Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science or related field.
• At least five years of oncology research experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Oncore.
• BLS certification required; nursing degree and clinical research certification preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily statewide clinical research operations and serve as primary contact for protocol-related requests.
• Provide support and conduct performance evaluations for research staff.
• Create a patient-centered environment, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform data abstraction from clinical records, publications, and external physician offices.
• Plan and facilitate staff training and in-service meetings.
• Conduct QA audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Work collaboratively with clinical and research personnel including nurses, pharmacy, reception, and hospital staff.
