BTI, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks an On-Site Lead for USCIS operations in Camp Springs, MD. You will oversee contractor personnel, coordinate with the COR, and ensure performance, training, and day-to-day issues are resolved across multiple shifts.

You will supervise at least 25 employees, manage staffing across locations, prepare weekly reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining USCIS standards and contract requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum four (4) years of overall experience within the last ten (10) years.
• Experience supervising 25+ employees on a Government project/contract.
• Experience managing personnel across multiple shifts and locations.
• Ability to communicate with Government officials, Contractor leadership, and staff.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between COR and Contractor personnel.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for staff across locations.
• Communicate work assignments, priorities, and project requirements to staff.
• Coordinate with CPM to ensure staffing, workload distribution, and continuity.
• Recommend workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and guidance for assigned duties.
• Monitor performance and compliance with contract requirements and policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on team progress, issues, and training needs.
• Resolve personnel concerns and coordinate with Government personnel to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records of assignments, attendance, and activities; support QA initiatives.
