Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Program Financial Analyst to provide routine and complex program/financial management support, including needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses to align financial needs with business initiatives. This position is 100% on-site at Dahlgren, VA.

You will support the Acquisition Lead within the Integrated Combat Systems Department, contributing to fiscal accountability, operational efficiency, and strategic coordination across program functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Acquisition Lead in V Department Business Operations.
• Review IBPES funding requirements to identify discrepancies and manage year-end funds.
• Run and review the monthly Subtask Funding Status Analysis in IBPES.
• Ensure personnel have proper Network Activity Numbers to charge and monitor variances.
