Job summary

Alpha is hiring an on-site Program Director to build a coaching culture that develops student leaders and life skills across multiple campuses, including Dallas, OK, Austin, Fort Worth, and Tulsa.

This full-time W2 role requires a degree in Education or related fields and 5+ years in education or youth leadership, with relocation support and a $150,000 USD/year salary paid weekly. You will coach Guides and run life skills workshops while using data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education, psychology, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops on communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
