Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to lead Guides, foster a coaching culture, and drive student outcomes across multiple campuses including Dallas, OKC, Austin, Fort Worth, and Tulsa. You will develop Guides, run life skills workshops, and coach teams to high standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor's in education or related field, 5+ years of experience, and proven ability to use data to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of education, learning & development, coaching, or youth leadership.
• Experience managing adult employees.
• Experience selecting candidates for hire.
• Experience using data to diagnose problems and drive results.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop Guides who work with students, coaching them to exceptional levels.
• Lead life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and coach cohorts weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions and ensure student ownership of ambitious goals.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence.
