Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This Athletic Director role centers on developing Guides who coach students to exceptional outcomes, and leading life-skills workshops that stick with learners for years.

You will coach, motivate, and oversee a student cohort across multiple campuses in Dallas, OKC, Austin, Fort Worth, or Tulsa, with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Directly managed one or more adult employees.
• Has personally selected at least one hire for their team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive weekly improvements.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
