Ideal candidates have 5+ years in education or youth leadership, demonstrated people management, and a track record of building programs or teams. This is a full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience managing adult employees and selecting hires.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and coach teams toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering focus, leadership, resilience, and communication for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
