• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, equipment, processes, and financial controls.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, cost-effective manufacturing operations across production, shipping, maintenance, quality assurance, and supporting functions.
• Manage production scheduling and communicate KPIs to leadership.
• Monitor daily reports to evaluate cost center performance, scrap, overtime, material usage, and productivity.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance through a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with QA, Sales, Corporate to meet customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and hourly staff through training and performance management.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, equipment utilization, and resource effectiveness.
