Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler for our New Hope, MN facility on-site. You will monitor forecasts and materials to create schedules that ensure on-time customer order fulfillment in a metals fabrication environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining planning integrity, building schedules, coordinating with Manufacturing, Sales, and Engineering, and optimizing inventory and production priorities to meet promised dates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of production planning and inventory management experience.
• Strong skills in load leveling, expediting, and lean Kanban management.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production planning and scheduling integrity with a 99% accuracy.
• Build and maintain production schedules to support demand from customers.
• Provide scheduling support for manufacturing and internal/external customers.
• Develop and communicate policies for planning, scheduling, and sequencing.
