Job summary

Insomniac Holdings, LLC is seeking a Production Runner to support the Back of House during live events in California. This on-site role handles transportation for personnel, errands, and coordination for touring staff, reporting to the Back of House Manager.

Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work long show days (up to 18 hours). Must be reliable, independent, and able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and fully insured.
• Safe driving habits a must.
• Operational cell phone and reliable transportation.
• Friendly, punctual, and able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for personnel during show days using a personal or company vehicle.
• Run errands, handle meals, laundry, groceries, and equipment rentals.
• Coordinate large take-out orders and shopping lists for touring personnel.
• Assist production staff with general production duties and upkeep.
• Maintain cash and receipts for reimbursements and reconciliation.
• Provide local area information to touring staff.
• Pickup and drop-off company-rented vans and perform light admin tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
