Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Production Runner to support the Back of House team for live events. This is not a remote position and requires working long hours on show days, including evenings and weekends.

You will transport personnel, run various errands, and assist with general production tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and can work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced, loud environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and fully insured.
• Safe driving habits are essential.
• Operational cell phone required.
• Friendly and personable, able to work with others and independently.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for personnel during show days, including hotel and airport pickups/drop-offs.
• Run errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, and coffee runs.
• Coordinate take-out orders with local restaurants and distribute to touring personnel.
• Coordinate large shopping lists from local grocers and deliver to the venue.
• Assist production staff with general production duties.
• Maintain cash and receipts for expense reimbursement and reconciliation.
• Provide local area information to touring staff.
• Pick up and drop off company-rented 15-passenger and cargo vans.
• Light administrative duties such as copying, posting signs, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of the role.
• Handle various special projects as assigned.
