Job summary

Adirondack Beverages is hiring a Production Planner for our Scotia, NY facility. This on-site role reports to the Operations Planning/Purchasing Dept. Manager and focuses on inventory control and purchasing coordination.

Ideal candidates will be proficient with MS Office and inventory systems (SAP, Oracle) with strong data analysis and communication skills in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and identify solutions
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Flexibility in a changing environment
• Experience with inventory management systems a plus (SAP, Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation
• Enter data into SAP/receiving systems
• Support Hold program and isolate substandard materials
• Coordinate purchasing of extracts and additives
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and document databases
• Assist planning manager with meetings and projects
