Job summary

Adirondack Beverages in Scotia, NY is seeking a Production Planner to join our on-site team. You will manage daily cycle counts, input materials in the SAP/Oracle systems, and monitor inventory to ensure accurate stock and timely replenishment.

The role requires strong data analysis, clear communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will back up purchasing tasks, maintain supplier lists, and support the Operations Planning Manager in daily meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare reports, analyze data and identify solutions.
• Computer literate; MS Office and inventory management systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation as assigned.
• Daily receiving system input: SAP/Oracle inputs and raw materials tracking.
• Understand and follow Hold program and isolate substandard materials.
• Assist purchasing: ordering extracts, additives, and raw materials; check stock and expediting orders.
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and supporting document database.
• Assist Operations Planning Manager with daily meetings and projects.
