Job summary

Lennox in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a Production Manager for Assembly Operations to develop and run manufacturing processes that meet customer demand. You will work with multiple managers to execute strategies aimed at key KPIs and drive improvements in quality and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of production leadership, and knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma.

• Develop and maintain operations to meet customer demand.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean-Sigma) across the facility.
• Align with Quality Assurance objectives and support cross-functional strategies.
• Participate in cross-functional strategy implementation.
