Job summary

Howmet Aerospace on-site in Hampton, VA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, improve processes, ensure quality and schedule adherence. You will supervise team leaders and workers, record data, inspect products, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least one year of manufacturing leadership, ITAR eligibility, and US work authorization. Anticipated pay range is $80K–$92K per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma/G.E.D.
• One year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status.
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in manufacturing excellence and coordinate activities of team leaders and workers.
• Record data and inspect castings/products for conformance to specs.
• Ensure safety, EHS compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and production schedules.
• Maintain time and production records and coordinate department activities.
