MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Production Operator for the Mundelein, Illinois facility. This entry-level role operates equipment, inspects parts for quality, and performs simple adjustments to support safe, consistent production.

The position is 2nd shift, on-site, with regular overtime and a $19.50/hour pay rate plus a $2.50 shift differential. Full-time hourly employment, with comprehensive benefits and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• No formal education credential required.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment operation.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to work under supervision and perform routine tasks.
• Read and interpret work instructions, process docs, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per work instructions and safety rules.
• Monitor processes to ensure consistent output and quality.
• Inspect parts and finished products against specifications.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Use calipers, gauges to verify dimensions and record data.
