Job summary

Lee Kum Kee is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing and commercial management of raw materials including commodities, ingredients, oils, sweeteners, and proteins at our City of Industry facility. You will collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance to ensure cost, quality, safety and delivery standards are met.

In this on-site role, you will develop category strategies, manage day-to-day purchasing, conduct TCO analyses, monitor market trends, and lead supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in food manufacturing or CPG.
• Exposure to sourcing commodities, ingredients, oils, sweeteners, or proteins.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, working with co-packers and co-manufacturers.
• Demonstrated ability to support supplier negotiations and cost improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of should-cost or cost breakdown analysis.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and basic modeling); ERP experience required (SAP preferred).
• Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing strategies for raw materials, including commodities, ingredients, oils, sweeteners, and proteins.
• Develop category strategies aligned with cost, quality, service, and risk objectives.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing for assigned categories and co-manufacturing partners.
• Build and maintain should-cost models and apply TCO analyses.
• Track market trends, inflation, and supply risks; report insights to management.
• Lead supplier negotiations and supplier selection activities; support RFQ/RFP processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Engineering.
• Support new product development with early ingredient engagement.
