Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a Material Administrator to support the Assistant PMC Manager by handling SAP PP & MM transactions, verifying daily finished products against output, and posting inventory movements. The role includes printing delivery notes and packing lists, and preparing plant performance reports.

The candidate will participate in SAP entries, order confirmations, goods issues and goods receipts, with responsibility for inter-company transactions and filing shipping documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• English reading and writing skills required.
• Experience with SAP PP&MM preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Material Administrator assists the Assistant PMC Manager to handle operational tasks, including handling SAP PP & MM module related transactions; confirming daily finished products against output; inputting activity time of production orders; performing goods receipt of incoming items and posting into inventory and printing delivery notes and packing lists. He/she also utilizes operational data to prepare Plant Performance Report and manages filing of shipping documents.

• Handle daily SAP system entries (65%).
• Perform daily order confirmation, goods issue, goods receiving, inter-company transactions (20%).
• Assist in preparing various plant performance report data (15%).
