Prescott's is a leading medical device services company, trusted by healthcare professionals nationwide. This on-site role in our Monument, CO office supports procurement and purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.

As a Procurement Assistant, you will help ensure timely delivery of materials and services, coordinate shipping, manage inventory, and collaborate with Service and Inventory teams.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as procurement assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement Manager.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for microscopes and accessories.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier info, order history, and invoices.
• Monitor and maintain accurate PO records throughout the procurement cycle.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for timely delivery of POs.
• Handle receiving process for all purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Ensure efficient inventory management to support operations.
• Operate a forklift (training provided) and manage inventory movement.
• Catalog incoming inventory and accessories per company procedures.
• Assist in packing and preparation of microscopes and components.
• Collaborate with Service and Inventory teams to maintain stock control.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between departments or locations.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Generate and submit inventory reports.
