Job summary

Prescott's, Inc. is seeking a Medical Device Parts and Inventory Technician to manage parts inventory, oversee stock levels, and support refurbishment operations.

You will organize parts, process transactions, and collaborate with production teams to ensure parts availability for schedules. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to learn new inventory systems while maintaining accuracy in data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or certificate from trade school.
• 0-2 years in inventory management or technical roles, ideal in medical devices/manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with medical device components is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lb occasionally and up to 10 lb frequently.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and inventory systems.
• Accurate data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of medical device parts and supplies.
• Oversee inventory by testing, disposition, and stock level management.
• Enhance inventory management, assist production needs, and establish KPIs.
• Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and label parts for easy identification and access.
• Process incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with assembly and refurbishment teams for production schedules.
• Implement and maintain best practices for parts storage and organization.
• Support QA by inspecting incoming parts for conformity.
