Placements24 is seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our client-facing team based in Welkom. The role focuses on analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing streamlined solutions through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and BPMN. Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes to map workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
Design and document improved business processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
Work closely with client teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Measure and monitor the performance of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary.
Train client personnel on new processes and best practices.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to client management.
Facilitate workshops to drive process understanding and change within client organizations.
