Job summary

Cindavi, a specialty chemical manufacturer in Georgia, seeks a Process Engineer to own an assigned process end-to-end—from technical work to plant execution and customer reporting. You will split your week among meetings, writing work instructions, and hands-on plant observations.

We value new grads and those with up to five years of process engineering or manufacturing experience. Expect on-call nights and weekends for your process, and a base salary starting at 75,000 USD with potential 5–10%

Qualifications

• Solid applied engineering fundamentals: mass/energy balances, unit ops, basic process economics.
• Strong communication to work with operators and customer leadership.
• Self-starter who asks questions and needs minimal daily oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned process from lab to plant scale, including materials and reporting.
• Translate customer tech transfer into plant-scale processes through lab, kilo lab and pilot stages.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance on the plant floor to troubleshoot live issues.
• Develop draft block flow diagrams, mass/energy balances, and material specifications.
• Build cost models and evaluate profitability before production.
