Cindavi in Belle, WV invites a Process Engineer to join a hands-on team improving safety, quality, and yield on the plant floor. You will work with Operations, safety, maintenance, controls, and leadership to troubleshoot processes, support scale-up, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires practical plant experience, strong technical judgment, and ownership from walkdowns through sustained improvements. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in process engineering, development, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with batch or continuous processing and process troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Process Safety Management, PHAs, or safety-critical practices.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into actions.
• Ownership mindset to drive work from start to finish.

Aufgaben

• Own process and batch tracking and drive improvements in safety and throughput.
• Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot live process issues.
• Support scale-up, product introductions, and transfer of processes to operations.
• Develop batch sheets, SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Participate in PSM activities and safety reviews.
• Coordinate with controls, capital projects, and vendor teams.
