Job summary

Saint-Gobain ZirPro in Bow, NH seeks a Process Engineer to provide shop floor technical support, analyze processes, and lead cost-saving improvements. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, R&D, planning, and production to drive manufacturability and efficiency across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years in process engineering (or 3+ in chemical processing), and a track record of implementing process enhancements and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field; Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial preferred is required.
• Masters Degree in Engineering is Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support to address shop floor problems with root-cause analysis.
• Research and document quality improvements and cost-effective process methods.
• Lead and participate in productivity and quality improvement projects across the plant.
