Job summary

The role focuses on lifecycle management of DCS, PLC, and HMI systems, aligning with safety and quality objectives.

The candidate will lead capital projects, coordinate with operations and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in process control strategies and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field with 5+ years controls experience.
• Alternate: Associate degree with 10+ years controls experience.
• Extensive experience with ABB DCS, Siemens, or Allen-Bradley controls.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Design, programming, and lifecycle support of industrial control systems and instrumentation for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead controls-related capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate contractors and supervise control system installation and startup.
• Identify opportunities to improve process control and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and operations.
