Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. in Butler, PA is hiring a Full-Time, Business Process Analyst to work in the office daily, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is NOT a remote position.

The Process Analyst reviews significant information and analyzes processes to assist departments in achieving organizational objectives and increasing efficiencies. The role requires a strong understanding of system functionality and ability to design, test, and document new processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5 years of experience analyzing business processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders (verbal and written).
• Ability to create written processes for end-users.
• Current driver’s license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review information and analyze processes to assist departments in achieving organizational objectives and increasing efficiencies.
• Understand system functionality and analyze complex processes/workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist with designing new processes.
• Test processes, troubleshoot errors, solve data rejection issues, document processes, write reports, and analyze data.
• Provide guidance to staff based on analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with departments to implement changes and improvements.
