Qualifications

• Ability to create, update, and manage scope-defined project calendars.
• Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Experience in underground utilities pre-con preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive selected Bid Invites.
• Manage HCSS pre-con from beginning to Bid result.
• Set up Bid Folder.
• Download Plans.
• Review plans for pertinent quote request.
• Send out supplier quote request.
• Receive quote request and place in quote folder.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and vendors.
