Job summary

SoCal Management is seeking a Porter to support maintenance and landscape efforts at the community. The role involves cleaning common areas, assisting in move-in prep, grounds upkeep, and ensuring curb appeal while coordinating with the Maintenance/Community Manager.

The position requires able-bodied work, basic maintenance skills, and reliable attendance; a California driver’s license is preferred. Excellent customer service and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior light maintenance/grounds experience preferred.
• Must read/write English and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, attractive common areas around leasing office, clubhouse, pool, and amenities.
• Trash pickup in parking lots, driveways, and exterior areas; emptying receptacles.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and maintain grounds.
• Report inoperable issues and assist with safety compliance.
