Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a project manager who owns the client relationship and the testing program: scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, balancing budgets, invoicing inputs, and growing accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Experience with scheduling and client-facing work under deadlines.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; grow accounts through reliability.
