Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in Arlington, VA is seeking a Program Manager to lead on-site support for ONR programs within the Naval Research Enterprise. You will oversee a contractor team of 10+ personnel, coordinate tasks, ensure delivery on time and in compliance with ONR business rules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of management experience in S&T/R&D or defense environments, with strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of management experience in S&T and/or DoD environments.
• Experience leading an on-site contractor team of 10+ personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site contractor lead and primary point of contact for ONR government leadership.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight of an on-site contractor team of 10+ personnel.
• Assign, manage, and monitor task execution to ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with ONR Business Rules.
• Ensure contractor staff support ONR S&T and R&D programs with business, financial, and operational services.
• Communicate effectively with government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
